How to Order

1. Browse through our selection of turntables, speakers, amplifiers, preamps, cables, and accessories either through our “Products” page or our specially curated pages based on your listening type.

2. To choose what you want to purchase, simply click the “Add to Cart” button.

3. Once you are done browsing, click on the shopping cart icon on the top-right of the page. Your list of items will appear and you can remove or add more items as you wish.

4. To remove items from your shopping cart, click on the word “Remove” below the product. This will automatically delete it from your list. You can also change the quantity to zero (0) to delete it.

5. After finalizing your list of items, click the “Checkout” button at the bottom of the list.

6. You will be directed to the customer details page. Kindly make sure that the name you are filling in is the same name on your valid government ID. We will be counter-checking the details against your valid ID upon pick up of the item. Please also note that we will use the information here for your shipping details, so make sure to write your complete address.

7. After which, you will be directed to the delivery details. Please select your preferred delivery option:
►  Delivery within Metro Manila
►  Pick-up at our Service Center
► Drop-off in the courier hubs of AP Cargo or LBC for orders outside Metro Manila

Once you have finished placing your details, your order summary will reflect on the page together with your total bill (including shipping), order details, and payment options. Currently, we support Paypal, bank deposits and GCash as payment options.
► For the Paypal option, you will be redirected to a credit card payment browser.
► For the bank deposit & GCash option, we will reach out to you with our account details via email within 2 business days.

9. [FOR BANK DEPOSIT & GCASH TRANSFERS ONLY] You will have 48 hours to secure your order. You must pay within the allotted time or you forfeit your order.

10. [FOR BANK DEPOSIT & GCASH TRANSFERS ONLY] Once you have made the payment to our account, please send your proof of payment to soundadvice.ph@gmail.com. Please follow the format under Payment Details on this page.
*We will verify your payment within 2 business days. Please note that failure to follow the correct format will cause some delays in processing and in delivering your orders, and that we will not be liable for these delays.

11.
We will notify you when your items are ready for pickup or delivery once the payment has been verified.

For Delivery – we will do our best to send out your orders by the very next day. However, please give us an allowance of 7 business days to fulfill your orders for delivery. 
●  If you have not received an update from us after 7 business days, please feel free to follow up. 
●  Delivery is only for orders within Metro Manila.

►  For Pick-Up – Items will be ready for pick-up within the same day as the payment verification.

►  For Drop-Off – Items can be dropped off at the courier hubs of AP Cargo and LBC. Delivery fee for this option should be paid upon pick-up of the item.
●  For regions outside Metro Manila, delivery time and fee will vary based on product weight and location of delivery. Our Support Staff will get in touch with you regarding this.

12. Orders must be received by the person who placed the order or an authorized personnel. We will be asking for verification through a valid ID and an authorization letter if someone is receiving the item in your stead.
►   Do note that the name on the ID must match the name in the order details.
►   We consider an ID valid if it is a government ID with an individual’s full name, complete address, and photograph.

13. Strictly no return and no refund.

How to Use our Build-a-Set Function

1. We have created a “Build-a-Set” function in our website to make your experience more personal. To access this, simply click on the listening type that best matches you.

If you want to change the listening type, select the options below the banner.

Choose the components you want to view and the website will show the available products for your listening type. If you want to learn more about each part, click the “About Turntables,” “About Speakers,” or “About Amplifiers” button (note that this feature is only available for Beginners).

To see how the products look together, just click “Add to Cart” and the selected items will appear on top.

5.
To remove products or components from the selection, kindly click the “Remove” button underneath the product on your shopping cart. *Please note that refreshing your page does not remove the items from your shopping cart.

6.
Once you are finished, click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.

7.
Follow the “How to Order” guide above this set of instructions, and your items will soon be on their way to you.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping Options
►  Delivery within Metro Manila
►  Pick-up at our Service Center
►  Drop-off in the courier hubs of AP Cargo or LBC for orders outside Metro Manila

2. Shipping Fee is computed based on two (2) factors:
►  The weight and size of the items. These are grouped into 3 categories:
●  Small Items – items that weigh less than 1 kg (e.g. cables and accessories)
●  Medium Items – items that weigh 1-3 kg (e.g. upgrade kits and some electronics)
●  Large Items – items that weigh 3.1-7 kg (e.g amplifiers, turntables, and speakers)

►  Your delivery address
●  Metro Manila
Free delivery for Central Metro Manila: Makati City, Taguig City, Pasay City, Pasig City, Mandaluyong City, San Juan City, Manila, Marikina City, Quezon City, and some parts of Caloocan, of Malabon, and of Valenzuela

PHP 800 delivery charge for Southern Metro Manila (fixed price for any item regardless of its size and weight): Southern Metro Manila: Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, and Parañaque

PHP 1,000 delivery charge for Northern Metro Manila (fixed price for any item regardless of its size and weight): Northern Metro Manila: parts of Caloocan, of Valenzuela, of Malabon, and of Navotas

●  Outside Metro Manila. Delivery time and fees for orders outside Metro Manila will depend on the location of delivery, chosen courier service, and the size, weight, and price of the item. Below are the rough estimates of delivery time and fees.
Luzon: approx. 1-2 weeks, estimated PHP 1,000-Php 1,500
Visayas and Mindanao: approx. 2-3 weeks, around PHP 1,500-PHP 3,000

3. Kindly note that shipping and delivery time can change, depending on the current pandemic situation and the local government guidelines.

Warranty

1. All equipment purchased from the Sound Advice website have a 1-Year Warranty. This entitles the customer to a year of free repair and part replacement for any factory defects, and manufacturing-based damages.
►  For minor repairs, can fix your items and send it back to you within 15 business days.

►  For items within Metro Manila, we can pick up your item within 5 business days after pick-up request.
●  Pick-up and delivery fees
Central Metro Manila – free of charge
Southern Metro Manila – PHP 1,000 for a one-way route
Northern Metro Manila – PHP 1,200 for a one-way route

►  For items outside Metro Manila, you must arrange for delivery to and pick up from our Service Center: 99 Kanlaon Street, Sta. Mesa Heights, Brgy. Lourdes, Quezon City (near Quezon City Circle). Feel free to contact us so we can better help you.

2. To claim the warranty, just send us a message stating the problem you are encountering and a copy of your receipt. We will advise you on the next steps to take for your item.

3. No returns, no refunds.

2. Once you have successfully completed the transaction, please send your proof of payment to soundadvice.ph@gmail.com. We will verify your payment within 1-2 business days.

Name: (Make sure it is the same one as the indicated name on the order and on an Official ID)

Preferred time of delivery: Please note that we only deliver between 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays.
