Welcome to Sound Advice! These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to abide by these terms.
Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding.
Introduction
1.1 Overview: Sound Advice operates an e-commerce platform that allows customers in the Philippines to purchase turntables, components, and related accessories.
1.2 Acceptance: By accessing our website and making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
General Terms and Conditions
2.1 Eligibility: By using our website and making a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal age in the Philippines to enter into a binding contract.
2.2 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the purchasing process, including your personal details, shipping address, and payment information.
2.3 Valid ID verification: Kindly make sure that the name you are filling in is the same name on your valid government ID. We will be counter-checking the details against your valid ID upon pick up of the item. Please also note that we will use the information here for your shipping details, so make sure to write your complete address.
Product Listings and Descriptions
3.1 Product Information: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing on our website. However, please note that product information may be subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Product Photos: Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be to scale.
3.3 Pricing and Payment: Our product prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed separately during the checkout process.
3.4 Discounts: Combining discounts is not allowed. The higher discount will apply automatically.
Ordering
4.1 Order Acceptance: After you place an order and complete the payment process, we will review and process your order. We will accept your order once the payment is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4.2 Payment Methods: We accept the following modes of payment:
► Paymongo (Credit Cards, Maya, BPI Bank Transfer, Unionbank Transfer, Gcash, GrabPay)
► Installment (Billease)
► Cash on Delivery (₱ 3,000 deposit)
All pre-orders will require a non-refundable deposit of ₱ 3,000.
Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Delivery Options: Upon checkout, you will be directed to the delivery details page with the following options:
► Delivery within Metro Manila
► Pick-up at our Service Center
► Drop-off in the courier hubs of AP Cargo or LBC for orders outside Metro Manila
5.2 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated during the checkout process. We may modify shipping rates as needed, and you will receive an email notification about these adjustments before we proceed with shipping your order.
5.3 Delivery Time: Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within the Philippines. We will make reasonable efforts to ship your ordered products within the estimated delivery time. However, please give us an allowance of 7 business days to fulfill your orders for delivery.
- If you have not received an update from us after 7 business days, please feel free to follow up.
- Delivery is only for orders within Metro Manila.
- For pre-orders, delivery time is subject to shipment schedules.
5.4 Pick-up: Items will be ready for pick-up within the same day as the payment verification.
5.5 Drop-Off: Items can be dropped off at the courier hubs of AP Cargo and LBC. Delivery fee for this option should be paid upon pick-up of the item.
5.6 Shipping Outside Metro Manila: Delivery time and fee will vary based on product weight and location of delivery. Our support staff will get in touch with you for details.
Warranty
6.1. Terms: All equipment purchased from the Sound Advice website have a 1-Year Warranty. This entitles the customer to a year of free repair and part replacement for any factory defects and manufacturing-based damages.
► For minor repairs, we can fix your items and send them back to you within 15 business days.
► For items within Metro Manila, we can pick up your item within 5 business days after the pick-up request.
6.2 Pick-up and delivery fees for repair & replacement:
► Central Metro Manila – ₱ 500 for a two-way route
► Southern Metro Manila – ₱ 1,000 for a one-way route
► Northern Metro Manila – ₱ 1,200 for a one-way route
► Outside Metro Manila – You must arrange for delivery to and pick up from our Service Center:
99 Kanlaon Street, Sta. Mesa Heights, Brgy. Lourdes, Quezon City (near Welcome Rotonda.)

6.3. Process: To claim the warranty, just send us a message stating the problem you are encountering and a copy of your receipt. We will advise you on the next steps to take for your item.
Returns and Refunds
7.1 Damaged or Defective Items: In the case of receiving damaged or defective items, please contact our customer support at (02) 7507 7342 or 0917 772 7342 within 7 days of delivery. We may require photo documentation to process your claim.
7.2 Return Policy: Strictly no returns and refunds.
Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Sound Advice be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 Applicable Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
10.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes or legal matters arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.
Modifications and Updates
11.1 Right to Modify: Sound Advice reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our website or purchase of our products will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
